LOCAL MARKET UPDATE
The hottest real estate market in the country just keeps getting hotter. Despite a large number of new listings, home prices in the Puget Sound area continued to set records in May. According to a Seattle Times article, “For the first time since the 2007 housing bubble, every county in the central Puget Sound region has set a new median home price record.” Brokers hope this news will help entice more sellers to put their homes on the market.

Ribbon Displays
I’m always looking for interesting and different ways to display ribbons. No young equestrian’s room is complete without their prize ribbons strung across their walls in ascending order with liberal doses of photos of their pony interspersed. But as we get older that doesn’t seem to make as much sense anymore. Not everyone has a tack room large enough for a ribbon display but it’s a shame to toss them after all the hard work gone into winning them!
Here are a few creative ideas I’ve come across to enjoy your ribbons for seasons to come.
Take a step back in time to an era of simple beauty. Rolling hills, fence lined pastures & turn of the century Dutch Colonial farmhouse. Light filled rooms overlooking 21 acres with over 28 stalls. Main home boasts updated kitchen & bath. Large master bedroom plus second bedroom. Farm kitchen opens to a large dining & living area plus parlor off entry. Guest house has 2 bedrooms, open kitchen & living area. 1 indoor arena & 2 outdoor. Hacking trails. Watch the Movie tour Here.
