LOCAL MARKET UPDATE

Prices in our area have now been rising faster than anywhere in the country for twelve months. Sellers seem to be getting the message that now is a good time to put their home on the market. There was an increase in new inventory in October, but with homes selling rapidly, there still aren’t enough properties to meet demand. As a result, counties throughout the Puget Sound area saw year-over-year price increases in the double digits.

Tiny Baked Goods

Sabrina Hirsch is an accomplished equestrian and has been working and training in the hunter jumper anddressage arenas for years. Now she has embarked on another calling she’s had since she was a child. Baking. And not just any baking. As Sabrina says: “It’s what’s on the inside that counts.

When possible, Sabrina use organic and locally sourced ingredients, as well as incorporating some vegan goods into the mix. Baking is an easy way for Sabrina to be creative every day, to produce something, something tasty, something beautiful, and something fun.

Sabrina has fostered a love of baked goods for as long as she can remember. When asked what she wanted to do when she grew up her first answer was ‘to be a baker’. Her childhood nanny also worked at a bakery and Sabrina thought hit seemed like a magical job, paid to bake?!?

Why Tiny?

Fast forward thirty-some years, and Sabrina is living in a tiny home, with a tiny oven, among other tiny accouterments. She loves living tiny, and loves her mini oven. Since her tiny oven can only accommodate smaller pans, hence, small baked goods, Tiny Baked Goods was born. Sabrina’s talent was quickly discovered and custom orders started flooding in, necessitating the move to a commercial kitchen. But her attention to detail and love is still found in every cookie, cake and pie. Sabrina has a special knack for custom orders and can accommodate just about any request. Check out her website and order something for your next gift, party or special occasion.
